This is Start Strong, a 6-8 week strength and hypertrophy program designed to perfectly compliment Finish Strong(er).

 

There are 25 workouts contained within, each bookended with a Finish Strong(er) metabolic finisher, designed to ramp up your metabolism and turn your body into a calorie burning furnace whilst building raw, real world strength and eliciting skin splitting pumps.

 

Each session is a variant of an initial 6 base protocols, you'll be instructed on exactly what variables to track and record and prompted in subsequent workouts to look back at specific sessions for indicators of what weights to use and what 'scores' to beat to ensure continued progression. L

 

Work through the guide in numerical order, taking rest days as necessary but ensuring at least 2 'off' days per week. Do not skip any sessions, each workout is as important as the last.

 

Train hard, recover harder, beat your scores and follow the 'functional eating' dietary guidelines in Finish Strong(er) and you WILL see and feel the difference by the end of these 25 workouts.
