1 Ultra Marathon, 24 Hero Workouts, 24 Hours.

For the fourth year running we are attempting to complete 24 Crossfit ‘Hero workouts’ (deliberately tougher than average workouts, dedicated to members of the armed forces who have given their lives in the line of duty), in 24 hours, in an attempt to raise money and awareness for Pilgrim Bandits Charity (a charity established with the help of Special Force Members, with the sole aim of helping injured personnel to live life to the full).

This year, inspired by the Pilgrim Bandits own motto ‘Always a Little Further’, we’re upping the ante: As well performing all 24 workouts, we will be running an ultra marathon, from rural Essex to Stratford between workouts, tackling each workout in a different location along the route, throughout the day and night, culminating in the infamous Hero workout ‘Murph’, at 9am in the Olympic park, East London.

We understand it has been a difficult few years for many, however much you can donate will be greatly appreciated. Please send us a screenshot of your donation (however much) via social media and we will in turn send you a copy of any training guide on the website. If you donate over £25 we will send you a copy of ALL guides, with a total of over 1000 workouts.

All social media shares and mentions on the run up to the event and throughout are welcomed warmly and encouraged, and will no doubt keep us going throughout the night.
